You get 10 one-on-one coaching sessions
Session 1:
We meet and get to know each other, share about our experiences and hopes for the next meetings.
Session 2:
Setting goals that are both lofty and attainable, these are your goals and we help to shape them and make them actionable.
Sessions 3-9:
Deep dive into putting your goals into action. Meet weekly to check-in and hear how you are doing. Talk about progress made towards your goal. We might test new strategies to increase progress and provide encouragement and support. If your goal is accomplished, we set a new one to aim for.
Session 10:
Review and wrap up on the work and progress made throughout the previous 10 weeks. Let’s celebrate the growth and progress made during our time together.
